For residential services, we can typically schedule your first cleaning within 3-5 business days. Commercial services may require an initial consultation but can also be arranged quickly based on your needs and our availability.

How do I get an accurate quote?

The most accurate quotes come from a brief consultation where we can understand your specific needs. You can request a quote through our contact form, by phone, or email. For larger commercial spaces, we may arrange an on-site assessment.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, and pre-authorized payments for recurring services. Commercial clients can also arrange invoicing with net-30 terms after approval.

Can I change or cancel a scheduled cleaning?

Yes, we understand that schedules change. We request at least 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. You can make changes by phone, email, or through our customer portal.
